Fly around the city after a mission. Key points to check are the farms in the Namek area and the two lakes under Buu's house.

Also, talk to the NPCs with the question mark over their head around the accessory shop and such. They don't always give food, but they can give up to 3 pudding if you're lucky.

I'm sure any rarity 3 food, like pudding and lettuce, gives it a nice boost. But you can just shove everything you find down his throat.

If you find clothing with a logo (not the TP one) you'll be able to get Ginyu, CC and Demon versions, from PQs and Buu kids. There is also Crane, Turtle and RR versions that can be obtained only from the TP shop every weekend.
The worst part, unless you're playing on PC, you can't remove any logo.

I would say so. With golden form you can shred through health bars.
