If you're still gonna do that, make a solid cut off point before the transition. Keep the Japan stuff to a bare minimum at the start and be sure to have a properer ending for the first arc; something that people uninterested in what comes next can be satisfied leaving on. That's actually something your first story did right, but I still fell that it's worth reiterating.
Also, pastebin this stuff. Just bin it so the story still in the archive and then put the google docs link in the header. It's a nice little compromise that grants easy access to both, and keeps people who prefer either medium happy.

Anyways, I'm not too good at giving feedback for writing, but compared to what I remember of NM from the first time you wrote it I think this was stronger as it felt more cohesive and had a better idea of where it was going. I also found it cute how you also kept RT and MT's cameo characters, as well as adding in Carla and Goldy.
