Very small, people have been cracking this stuff for years, and Steam isn't about to kick you out of their customer base because of pirating the DLC of one producer. If you're scared I think you can launch it directly from the file manager without running steam, or else just pirate the base game too. You will need to run it through steam to get multiplayer though.
