PtP used to be the strongest deck back in June/July, but it's gotten progressively weaker as others progressively stronger.

Also the meta just keep getting faster towards aggro so PtP is kinda shit right now. I'd put it at tier 2 *at best*.

Lurching Corpse is in there as tech against Ancient Elf more than getting it off Nep. I only put 1 in because it's so bad in other matchups, some decks play literally 0 wards so it's a straight up brick if drawn.

I really like lord of the flies but I just cannot keep him on the board for more than one turn and his gimmick only works if he stays around.

I've tried making some combo control decks with stalling tactics but nothing seem to works. Shadow needs more stalling tactics like high wards. All the decent ones are too costly and the game is decided by turn 6 it feels with all these aggro decks.

Post an actual argument or a list then, user. Tell me why yours is better. I'm not 100% set on my list since I haven't even tested it yet, but that's after weeks of tinkering. Nep was the only card I was excited for out of the new expansion because of how fun deck building is with her.

Speaking of midrange, what do people think about dropping floral for mirage defender or some other on curve 4 drop? With more common board clears and power tempo cards floral doesn't seem as good even with an EP, and without an EP she doesn't do anything.

Not him, nor do I feel as strongly about this as he probably does, but I'm extremely hesitant to run 1x of any card that isn't expected to be drawn turn 10+

The probability of drawing that 1x card in the match-up you have it tech'd for is extremely low, and I can only imagine it hurts the consistency of the deck.

The one on gamewith seems alright for a template. Tsubaki over DoD would probably be good because of Dorothy. Frontguard General is probably good again now too. Honestly I haven't seen many people play Midrange Royal lately so I don't know what's people commonly run. Everyone is using Control so they can play around with Fangblade and turn 9 Albert.
