i got these painted and it looks like this shit
a friend of mine who be 'very racer' told me i did shit while painting these.
he said I shouldnt have painted ALL that,specially the Break Pads, but he doesn't explain me why.
I'm no expert here.. but did I really fuck up by painting it all? Or is my friend being a faggot? (yes i know I am a faggot too for painting in gold)

the rough patches on the inside of the brake = brake pad surface
Yep. As long as that and the brake pad material isn't painted you're good. You can paint the brake pad backing plate.
