>renessaince man

Maybe if you live in the south but here up north past 2002 you don't buy any mazda products.

BREAKING NEWS!!!!!!!
>cars rust in rust prone areas
BREAKING NEWS!!!!!!!

get a mazda 6 instead

I get that's it's a better car, but I think the 5 is more of a flex pick, hence the thread

Look man, we have seen cars rusting for 70 years.
Never did we saw a brand new car that you can get your arm from outside to inside the car in less than 3 years old.
Mazda use shit materials.

nah
you live in a shit state

>.02¥ have been deposited into your account, arigatou!

>never did we saw
>brand new car 3 years old
You sound like a intelligent and trustworthy fella.

I've owned 3 Mazdas and live in northern Vermont. Rust is no more a problem than with any other car

Yeah man you just dont have an argument here

I own a 1st gen mazda3 and have no rust

Backpedal more

I was thinking the other day which MPVs came in Manuel and this was all there was besides eagle summit

(You)

Old mpv is best mpv

Yeah, but there's a reason galvanized Volvos last 3 times as long as glorious Nippon steel.

Quality.

Its galvanized. Not quality.
Also galvan will break down over time and rust will happen.

>talks about quality

You don't live up north then, like I said.

Even miata guys who drives their cars ONLY in summer have bubbling rocker arm with holes in them.

Mazda always had shit materials.

>""Glorious nippon steel"

Undercoating right after the dealer lot to avoid having a swiss cheese in 3 years.

This beautiful shade of brown is exclusive to mazda (Mazrouille).

Mazda stock Cold Air Intake

fuck yes, learned to drive in one of those

The emblem of quality™

No wonder why they depreciate so fast!

...

I do live up north

Enough to usually see this?

Because this is a reality here.

Bubbling like an Aero!

Did your miata driving boyfriend dump you or what?

wait a minute that pic

>tfw my Mazda isn't rust proofed

S-stop guys

Gotta stop the rust from spreading!

>furryFag telling someone he is gay.

Yeah right senpai, keep living in your Mazrust fantasy.

...

Ahh that beautiful shade of brown.

What the fuck do americans do to theyr cars so they´re like that, jesus fucking christ.

These are all mazda product, just so you know.

Yeah, I live in a estuary, and I´ve seen 20 year old mazda´s in much better condition than anything shown here, only car i´ve seen pushed so far was a drug dealer one (hyundai coupe)

No it isn't. This is a meme. The only people with rusty as shit cars are the ones who can't be fucked to take the time to rinse them off twice a month.

I think they are trying to illustrate that more recent mazda products don't last as long as the older ones. Though it does look like most of the vehicles that are being posted probably live in areas where they salt the roads and the owners don't wash them enough, the paint on most of these looks beat to hell.

While I agree that these cars were not maintained, mazda steel become like swiss cheese in no time.

That´s what I was trying to say, I live in a zone where cars are prone to rust, but owners do take care of them and you don´t see almost any car rusted because people car about theyr vehicle

Mazda products becore the ford merge was quality made.
We still have old protege running with little rust on them. Mazda post 2000 until I'd say 2010 are prone to become like a swiss cheese.

>Pic related. Good old mazda.

Oh, I don't disagree. Mazdas and Ford products in general tend to rust more than others, but jesus, I've seen some 30+ year old cars in Duluth, MN with less rust than even the nicest car in the thread.

Take a picture of what it looks like now

Its over 20 years old now, I agree they are rusted beyond repair but at least they lasted. Not like this junk they sent us in North America (Mazda 3)

Maybe they designed it for fresh air in the summer.

Hood rust holes = ultimate cold air intake

plus it's natural weight loss it improve the performance over time !
but how do these car rust so much ? does salting the road does that ?

Toyota Corolla IM hatch

>Québec

Yes. Salt do this to cars. Even ""glorious"" nippon steel can't fight it.
In the case of Mazda even a little humidity can do this.

How big is your mazda rust folder

I am reaching the limit.

>right side

>left side

Zoom zoom!

yeah OP I think it's the perfect car for you; just the other day I saw a fat guy in a fedora driving one of these.

Actually most of the pics are from Canada (Quebec and Ontario).
