Glasses look awful with that face, overall the face is way too crowded with all of the scales, bangs, and glasses its like she's wearing a mask, there's just way too much going on in the facial area

You've got scales, horns, rings on the horns, hairclips, glasses, bangs, and pigtails

It's all just way too much in a small area

You should clean her up a bit, put some more attention on her eyes, lose the fingerless gloves, take advantage of the glowing armor you have and try to bring out her eyes, maybe a light limbal right after you clean up the face a bit, lose the rings on the horns

I like the scales. Was considering changing the hair, and I think the glasses look nice enough. The eyes are blue with a one-shade lighter limbal, I think it looks pretty nice. Didn't even realize Is till had the ring on the horn. I'll consider it, thanks user. I'm not gonna take every suggestion to heart, but it never hurts to hear advice and criticisms.
