Say "Read my bio to play the game and win ISK", then put a thing in your bio saying you double all ISK if sent with the note "pls double my money"

but secretly put a super tiny hard to read note way down below saying "if you read this, actually put "give me isk good sir" in the note to receive your isk"

Another great idea that no one tried yet:

Say "Giving out late christmas gifts, Vexor Navy Issues for just 1mil! Act fast and happy 2017!"

Then link three contracts, all of which read the same vni for 1mil. The first two or the top and bottom contract you actually DO make a VNI for 1 mil, but you accept it on an alt of yours before linking it. That'll give people the impression someone else was quicker and just snagged it away.

Then one of the three contracts you make a VNI for 1 bil and prey on people not reading right before hitting accept cause they feel like they have to be as fast as possible
