IN all seriousness though isn't it better to have a balanced raid team to have people be able soak up loot?
You don't need to min max damage or character classes to be able to clear raids in wow.

Top dps ranks are buffed out the ass. Power infusion/innervates etc. so he is spending zero time life tapping. Probably not even using mana pots.

There's a bug on Nost where he'll just be unhappy and leave regardless.

You have to wait out the buff.

Loyalty plays a big role in how long your pet will stay happy, so it gets better later on one you get a few loyalty levels.
