Reinforced floors still get holes blown in them, they just don't take damage. I think a welder bomb is dev 1, so it will make a single tile hole.

Idea for a new wizard spell:

Valida Salida - hits one person within 2-3 tiles of the wizard, and gives them a message that says 'You feel freed from your previous moral constraints." and basically turns them into an antag with no goals other than 'just b urself'

Nox was the first server I played on. It's a lot comparable to Hippie. You didn't have singuloose or plasmaflood every round, but if you picked a fight with the wrong person, your ass was out the airlock. Rounds lasted 20 minutes, and it was a glorious clusterfuck to the point where it was fun.
