You get one of the datamine software programs that can open the file to open it. The software needs libraries found on the vita to be able to open the files at all.

Bro, Henkaku isn't a dumper. You need MaiDump or Vitamin to dump it. Those are the only two dumping options on Vita. You need Henkaku to run them though.

I saw it but I would need to know what kind of encryption was used to know how to tackle it.
If the datamine software doesn't give an error of some sort, we'll have a whole new piece of work on our hands.
