It probably doesn't help that I just finished Furi too and felt like more badass cyber-ninja shit, but honestly his playstyle is kind of refreshing when you've been playing a lot of meta heroes. As long as I don't take him to Comp I intend to keep having fun with him.

I got the skin because I knew it would bother me if I didn't. There's no guarantee of another opportunity to get it unlike holiday skins, even though I almost never played Genji before getting it and didn't intend to use it.

Are you being serious right now? When I say appealing to a wider audience, I mean characters like McCree, young 76 - conventionally attractive characters. Junkrat is very, very niche compared to most of the rest of the cast. In terms of design, he's that lanklet goblin henchman who exists to be cannon fodder for the hero. He's even described as a freak in the very first sentence of his bio, what part of that reads like they're trying to sell him as likable to you? The fact that some fans like him doesn't mean the majority of them do, they're the outlier.
