Putting 100 NFs is a shitty way to bypass the shitty AI, but still that's the best what I've been able to come up with to avoid updating the mod because Simsulla fucked it up badly. He actually reduced the number of regions drastically to bypass that. China has only 7-8 regions on this shitty update.
