I really don't understand how the P-47 could get their BRs raised. Gaijin say they go by their hidden stats, but I have a really hard time believing the P-47 has better stats than 109 F-4.

If they really do go by stats, stuff like Porky's P-39 should also be raised. It stats aren't being worsened by tens of thousands of mouthbreathers.

The frontal visibility from that plane is somewhat questionable, it also appears to have no weapon hardpoints, which you'd then normally assume were internally stored, but then the engine intake is mounted on the underside, preventing that. I'm also reasonably sure that at supersonic speeds the shock cone coming off that point is going to do nasty things to those spindly wings with their central mount.

Gaijin knows what they're doing with the placement of Tanks/Planes that they know people will want to get that they would be willing to pay up for. Its not about Light, Medium, Heavy and TD lines anymore. Its about how they can make those new juicy Tanks take more to get.

They have 5 Tanks to get to the last M60, for fucks sakes. Them having another excuse to make the Leopard Grind more profitable for them wouldn't be so out of the realm of possibility. Although, with how much Gaijin holds the hand of Germany in this game they probably wouldn't do it to be honest.

Its honestly for the "whales", the ones that stick around to Tier 4 and are so addicted to the game and the grind that they are willing to pay their way up to get the best shit in the game.

Most normie players, will waste maybe 100 dollars in the whole time they play. They'll get to Tier 3, stop having fun when they get to Tier 4 and quite or do another Nation, rinse and repeat till they realize the game is shit and stop playing.

Now, there are the autistic fuckers. They'll get to Tier 4 and they'll be so broken down by the Grind, most of the time before they even get fully past Tier 3 that they'll begin wasting money away just to get ahead. Those are the people that Gaijin is interested in. The ones that will drop amounts of more than 1000 dollars on a "free to play" game.

Those are the people that Gaijin makes the changes for, adds new nations or new vehicles instead of changing things or improving on them to have a bigger playerbase that actually has fun with the game. Because they know those sad sacks of shit won't stop playing, and they'll drop more money to get the new shiny pixel Tank/Plane. That's one of the reasons the game is dying slowly but surely.
