I was surprised by how much health I managed to get back in the turns that his special was up. Then I just finished off Enel with Mingo+Sanji.

Kizaru is like the best legend in the game
he's fun, he's versatile, amazing as both captain AND sub, only needs 3 skillups, there's nothing bad about him

ehhhh just kind of a down time game for me but they improved it ALOT its not nearly as painful as before and it went from one of the least generous games to one of the most theres tons of content and events all the time as well the pvp area gives you tons and tons of shit too

I can hit perfects easily with that debuff, it's really no issue once you learn the timing.
