I let my girlfriend borrow my shitbox, and she wrecked the shit out of it. So I'm looking for a new vehicle, and I'm turning to Veeky Forums to help me decide.

>Needs to be a 'vert
>Needs to be manual
>Would prefer a 4 seater, not mandatory as long as it has enough room to hide a body with 2 passengers
>Not a Miata
>Flip up headlights are a plus
>Preferably good on gas
>Not a fucking Miata
>Fast as fuck is a plus
>Easily available in okay condition for 3k or less
>I like the look of cars from the 80s
>And not a mother fucking Miata
>I'm not a fan of German cars
>or Miatas

Things I've considered:
>RX-7, it's a 2 seater though, and the 13B has known problems
>TR7, but they're difficult to find and 2 seater
>Foxbody Mustangs, but the GT is bad on gas and no flip up headlights
>Porsche 944, but they're very hard to find in convertible

I'm hoping you guys can help me out here, as I have no idea what to get. Pic related, it's the shitbox my girlfriend wrecked.

Pic related is easily the most underrated 4-seat convertible of all time, but good luck finding it in manual.

The other option is a Lelclipse Spyder, but they're harder to shop for.

Have you looked at Porsche 924 convertible? They're cheaper than 944s and also less prone to breaking down.

SW20.
Add tarbo later.
Literally ticks all the boxes.

240sx Vert?

Out

Fiata

maybe he wants to play Hitler?

I'd get a 924 or a MR2, but I'm not seeing any available local to me. I've already considered both of them. I don't like Sebrings or "Lelclipses" because everyone has one.

I'm also half tempted to just buy another Celica. It was a great daily.

Literally the only good option here.

Whoever posted the Sebring, kys. Why are you on an auto enthusiast board posting Sebrings?
