What class are you playing? At a glance, the simplest ways to 1-for-1 it at 7 mana without an evo point are sahaquiel, ice blade warfiend, and sadistic night, though you can't really help the lifegain. Haven and rune obviously have their banishes and transforms at lower mana costs.
If you went first, you can use odin ofc, if you're sword you have alexander and fangblade slayer, and if you're dragon you have grea although that isn't quite a 1-for-1 since the grea part of the card is unlikely to eat the deathrattle
