Every Boss is Bloat.
Once you get your first Gold Heart, the run is basically over, death is borderline impossible unless you try to die.

Must be RNG because I've seen Mr. Fred and Ultra Pride nearly every run since Afterbirth+ dropped. I was going to post if everyone else saw them constantly too.

And like I said, the good reason is because they have no idea what they're doing and what half the changes are each patch but want people to think they do.

Far more likely is that they're doing gradual changes, slight nerfs/buffs that the average player won't immediately notice. If they publish patch notes all the shitters will be crying all day long because some number on their favorite item was tweaked slightly down while some number on an underpowered enemy was turned slightly up. Balance is a huge pain in the ass, and it isn't made any easier with a rage boner dramaqueen playerbase.

Greedier mode is still horse shit, in case you were under the false belief that they included that in the balancing.

I guess they've rushed the patch and broke the void in a different way instead of fixing it

Why does the dark room feel like more of a void than the floor that's literally called Void?

AB+ actually REMOVED stuff like rooms that would spawn on rebirth and bugs AB fixed. People realized now and you cant even mod to fix this. Coding 101.

They're rooms that never spawned to begin with, people are noticing now because it's easier to check. The Rebirth bugs you're talking about have existed for three years.

I've never seen sharp straw or a half soul heart. No reset achievement either.

nerfed a lot of op bosses like sisters vis and big horn. less hp on portals. animation fix on delirium but he is maybe broken in a different way? void nerf so it can't reproduce consumibles as well supposedly.

Well it was in greedier mode, it's supposed to drop half red hearts but I didn't have any so I guess edmund's genius code made it drop half soul hearts instead.
