The second problem is that they make decisions really fucking slowly. Understand your champion's range and damage. It's often better to make a fuzzy kill that's executed quickly than a good kill that you hesitated on.

Play the same few champions every game until you get to the point that you can basically CS without looking.

The longer the game goes, the less impactful laning phase becomes. Once it gets to the point where one team fight determines the match winning your lane becomes completely irrelevant

Make it so Azir's ult is uncastable during E, remove the sheild from W completely make moving while in E slower. Then revert the nerfs from last June making his soldiers do 0 damage till 25 minutes into the game. There, it even falls in line with what ever rioter stated that they would probably either need to make Azir a mid range play making or long range pure DPS carry. Fuck the mid range mage I want to slow and shred people down from a mile away. No sick Montage Shurima shuffling 4 people back with ult, now he's a god like sieger with ok, but easily interuptable mobility, strong poke and amazing zoning, some of the best consistent DPS for mages and peel. Make Shurima great again

Take this season and just feed your fucking ass off to bronze 5. Then there will be no where to go but up, so you can play without worry and see that the numbers mean nothing.
