Pointless. After 16 hours you should easily be level 18+. After sleeping for 8 hours the only people that will be in stonetalon and ashenvale are a few autists who stayed up for 24+ hours and the zones will still be relatively empty, even just populated enough to get the trickier group quests finished instead of being forced to grind.

Staying up for 40 hours is absurdly unhealthy.
