One is an unplayable, unrecruitable NPC unique to the game itself, that was completely made with the game's own character creator, the other is a main character of the series that already has at least 4 playable versions in every game since Budokai 1.

Fusions is great I just really wish they would put out a patch or something, the amount of times this game crashes is ridiculous. Don't try to get your daily bonus or look at your saved special moves without saving if you've played for a while
