Tell your team to play safe even if they are massively ahead. Tell them to group up and push lanes rather than running around the jungle looking for kills. Low elo scrubs like to think they are invincible if they go 5-0 in lane and are thirsty for more kills to show everyone how good they are. You need to tell them to continue playing objectives because thats how games are won. People will listen most of the time.
