She is very solid, her along with Tribunal go a long way towards helping keep the game under control so that you can safely drop Seraph. Rush and her defensive attribute makes her super valuable once you've most likely blown your evolutions mid game.

why maid leader? i know it's generally popular but it seems anti-tempo for a payoff that seems... arguable,especially with princess vanguard in the pool

Mastema is pretty great because she forces removal if you're trying to bait out your imp lancers or anything like that.
And if they dont kill her they take 6 or 8 damage.

Tribunal is essential and can't be replaced, you could possibly run death sentence, but it won't work nearly as well. Roach is as common in masters as the other two. For example these are my last few games.
