Do half pulls, tickets on banners you like. 5k pull if you're desperate.

Only refill at higher ranks and lapis should also be spent on expanding slots. At least 100 each of friend, unit, materials and equipment should be the norm by around rank 50 to 60.

I would go so far to say that only 250 pulls on banners for characters you want; I do not see the point in pulling on literally everything that comes up.

Because you can get good off-banner stuff. I wouldn't have 7 Zidanes if it weren't for random daily pulls. Only if a banner is particularly terrible (as in even the 3-5*'s TMR is fucking useless) would I recommend not doing your daily pulls. It's not like there's much else you're spending lapis on.

Once you have a Zidane or two you should stop doing dailies and spend the lapis on TM farming instead

yeah I'm that shitter. Once I got some levels things got a lot easier. It seems like a game of inches in that even the smallest stat increases make huge differences. This became extremely evident when giving steiner a weapon with 4 more attack tripled his attack damage in battle.

I took out the dragon first. Its abilities are a lot more annoying.

I took out Exdeath first because I figured the dragon's Confuse counters would be easier to deal with when he was on his own. I equipped KO resist.
