Well it depends, you can watch it in production order which takes the longest as each arc focuses on a different character, 2nd arc "Makai no Hana" being one of the more popular ones. The anime is easier to get into as it's independent from the other series and as higher quality of action as it's animated and not limited to physical limitations this is also helpful
