Alright, tried to think of a plan. I'll start gearing up, making a ton of mountaineers and expanding/modernising my navy. Might take me more than a year. Red would be the first phase of the war, which would ideally take around half a year, then Blue, and then Orange. Basically, it would go like this:

Red:

>Secure German colonies in North and East Africa, and South East Asia as they are poorly defended and I can take them quickly
>Take the Suez
>start to push in MittelAfrika
>use the navy to secure the eastern Mediterranean and Gulf of Guinea, troops to defend North Africa
>Use the mountains to drain Russian and Chinese manpower

Blue:

>Finish MittelAfrika and the rest of German colonies in Africa
>Attack the Netherlands to take Indonesia
>use the navy to help and prevent Entente actions there (their navy is more or less out, as far as I know)
>Take Indochina, open up a second front against China in another defensive position, the moutains and Jungles of north Vietnam
>hold North Africa

Orange:

>Clean up German colonies in the Pacific
>Take South Africa, then take the now free troops up north
>Attack the Don-Kuban Union, take great defensible positions behind the Don and the Volga, open up a second front against the Russians
>Finally, attack the hopefully diminished Russian and Chinese and Central, push up to defensible positions

I haven't thought about what could happen further. Don't know how to end the war, and this might completely fall apart right at the start, depending on a lot of factors, but it should be fun. We'll call this Third World War, "Yawm al-Qiyāmah", the Day of Resurrection. And if doesn't go well, let's go for "Yawm ad-Dīn", the the Day of Judgment. I'm not too sure on some of these things, so tell me what you think!

Depends on the puppet, a decent sized one is great for putting down revolts and tanking in wars, a large puppet is pretty risky but pretty good for taking up a whole front. Small puppets general suck and only work for helping occupation of getting rebels

Provided they keep relatively up to date techwise, yeah, they can be extremely useful for armies. They are great as cannon fodder in battles and occupying land, saving you from losing troops to attrition and freeing them for other pursuits. If you have a fair amount of puppets, sometimes you don't need to even use your armies and you can just let your puppets' armies do all the work for you.

Have you modded a decision/event to give you cores on all of that Arab territory?
