They tend to reserve legendaries for cute/sexy/handsome/badass characters that could potentially become popular and encourage people to whale for animated versions. Makes sense for the amulet class to be the rare exception to this.

What if they made Daria balanced in any way and not the absurdly pushed and broken linchpin for a deck full of shit cards?
