I'm sorry but the whole speedrunning idea is only impressive if you are performing the game from beginning to end while playing the game the way it was meant to be played without skipping chapters while accomplishing all the developer created tasks (like the trophy lists within the playstation universe). PC gamers can cut out load times and even fly in the air to the end of chapters like Crysis 1 without accomplishing ANY tasks all they want but it will not be something to be proud of and certainly will not justify a WR (world record) to be slapped on it's title for anything, not even an any% tag. I think it's great if speedrunners try to get donations for charities but I frown upon any clipping or skipping without playing the game right.
