Each QQ arrow is worth uh... I think it was 10 stat points. So if you get a -5 bang on Strike, put 50 on strike and so on if you don't wanna be too gimped.

Remember that +15 QQs aren't always best, you can get good tier 3 ones that are still +6 net.

Addendum, it's 10 points for health or the damage stats. Don't go negative on ki or stamina, since each arrow is worth like 16.8 points.
