The cart and bucket are just big reagent containers. You can use the mop on them to wet the mop and clean up. Space cleaner on a mop works just as well as water but doesn't slip. Upgrading the cart just makes it clean anything it passes over, making the mop useless unless you want to slip people . For maximum slips, fill a spray bottle with water

The cart is also super robust, it can absorb projectiles and doesn't get sucked away by pressure differences. Never let anyone unbuckle you from the cart if you feel like they are dangerous
