As I said a majority of that was Nepgear's fault, but let's look at the facts.

Kei was the one who said their best chance at victory was Gelbraun plus Noire impailing herself on the sword set off a domino effect that couldn't be stopped since if they backed out at any point during that, they would pretty much be spitting on their grave since each subsequent character's death would have meant nothing.

But it wasn't. Nepgear's original plan was to gather shares from four nations and then take on Deity of Sin (and it would've actually worked according to the Holy Sword end). The Conquest chain was started by Noire, who had gone full retard and killed herself, thus leading to the domino effect.
Also, none of the CPUs had even thought about killing each other before Kei opened her dumb hypocritical mouth.

We'll probably see it around April-ish, ever since they started porting to PC it's taken about a half-year to port each game after it's NA release. If we're lucky we might get a 4GO port by the end of the year as well. The only game that hasn't been ported now is PP, and since the ports have been selling alright they don't have that huge a reason to stop. Consider that they've been porting their other series like Fairy Fencer and Trillion as well. I don't see them stopping anytime soon with their PC releases.

Not on steam. That won't be until mid 2018 at earliest, and that's assuming 4go comes to the west by the end of 2017.
