Actually the problem I'm having with Laos right now is that the way NNM handles the tags, there are two "Laotian" tags. One being Prabang, which has the decision to turn into the other tag, Lan Xang. But apparently, historically, Lan Xang existed before Prabang, and before the game starts.
Honestly I have no idea why they couldn't just use one tag for Laos, so I was waiting for HPM to manifest himself to ask him the logic behind that, or to just get rid of Lan Xang.

This is the only custom modifier I made, I think, recently built city is an HPM one I just re purposed
It's all decimal, so immigration_attraction = 1 means 100% more immigration attraction, and .05 is 5% etc.

So for republican flag you can use either the old Lares revolutionary flag from one of the many revolts in the 1800s or the light blue variant to differentiate from Cuba a bit, unfortunately I have no idea for what to use for a communist flag as Puerto Rico never had an actual communist party with symbols, just one party thats part of Socialist International but their flag is a Nordic cross so that's probably a no-go.

I'll reply the Lares and light blue flag to this post but here's a higher quality version of the colonial flag from FOTW.
