Check if the dmg coefficient on shards is fucked. Original nost had seriously screwed up coeffs on starshards that got fixed for their launch.
Starshards ticked for 1k+ in PvP selfbuffed (PI/trinkets) with the shitty gear we were using in the tests (150 spelldmg + ToEP iirc).
