With Millia you should realize that it is very bad for her to start an air approach unless she has pin, she will mainly stay on the ground if she knows what she is doing. Know that when gunflame is in its recovery period you can get CH by pin into a full combo. Your ground game is as good as her's and she is forced to completely play footsies against you aside from predicting a gunflame and jumping in at you.
Your jump ins are really good, your best being j.H, the only thing that beat's it reliably is 6P which has the longest recovery of her AA's so try to bait it. Some Millias will actually run under your j.H though, so be careful with this. When she gets you in the corner for oki and sets secret garden, that set up is reversal safe and so is her backdash, jump, late airdash high/empty low mix up (this mix up is still very hard to block but is not actually a 50/50).
I play Millia, not Sol; so I only know the match from her point of view. She wins the match up but it's probably only 5.5 in her favor and at low levels I'd say that it's in Sol's favor. Sol is easily the toughest match up for lower level Millias apart from Chipp (which is always her worst) I have found, he is always the one people ask about for MU advice.

I should mention that I play Millia as a sub, used to main her but moved onto Ky. The one thing that will make Millia players freak out is guarding pin (I knew this from first hand experience). If she loses the pin and you defend it, the opponent will generally lose their shit and will start getting impatient, allowing you to punish them for it. I find it absolutely hilarious to play against Millias as Ky and watch as some have no idea what do after I camp the pin. Although of course this situation is easier to capitalize on as Ky as he is much more defensive/keep away than Sol.

You don't even get Negative Penalty if you have long pokes and projectiles. Of course you don't even need to sit on the pin, you can try and lock the screen so that the pin is off screen.
