As far as Andrioid goes, they haven't announced anything yet, but Unity is compatible with really old versions of Android.

If it does end up right, going to have to redownload everything entirely thanks to asset bundles not being cross-compatible with different versions. Fantastic.
Also going to get in the way of asset extraction if Shadowverse is anything to go by, at least for a while.
