Cemu works at full speed for some games but on Nvidia gpus exclusively. The way it's meant to be played is the only way to play it.

Yes, it's either info that is now wrong due to PCSX2's progression of development and its redesign of the way it handles the settings or info that never was right or never the absolute perfect settings.

XCX is broken and only scales the UI, so other games might have some issues, too.

It averages 20-25FPS in fields/towns, and 15-19FPS in battle with 4 party members. I downloaded a post-game save to see how bad it gets and the doll combat only runs slightly worse, so it seems totally playable as long as you can adjust to the slow speed.

as much as reddit is a joke, I don't experience input lag in retroarch on my shield tv.

Most dumps that you will find will require fixes due to over/under dumping. People who upload the roms only upload the original scene releases.

UMD dumps also have issues. For example:
