I like running Summon Bloodkin as the twodrop of choice (+ Vampy) because it's a lot easier to start building a board off bats, as Unica or Yurius or whatever just gets removed. You can then combo them into Queen or Night Horde.

It's really difficult to learn how to play, because when you get a shit hand you're basically totally helpless and get utterly rekt.

There were two things that helped me. The first was learning what to mulligan: I keep only 1xEPM, 1xRoach, 1xNature's Guidance, 1x Ancient Elf. Occasionally I'll keep a Fairy Circle or a Feena, everything else gets mulliganed.

The second thing was learning to use alternate roach combos. Obviously it's ideal to wait until turn 7 and them do an instant 17 damage (19 if you went 2nd), but oftentimes you'll be able to get their health lower than that and can launch an early combo, or a less-than-perfect one.

The hardest thing is getting rid of wards. That's why you keep some Dances of Death around, but that delays you by a whole turn so it's not idea.

First loss today with this deck in 20 games... against a Haven of course. They just shut me down with their cudgels and scriptures, and I didn't have any Sextons or an amazing hand in general.

Maybe I could've played differently, but he also had a strong early board with Aria T2 - Dogma T3.

Not the guy you responded to but what do you think about my dick? I opt for 2 copies of elf prince because I need the evolve to deal with ward on top of Feeena/EMP. The Elemental Lance tech is questionable I guess. I am thinking maybe it could let me get pass big ward and do a lethal combo at the same turn if I made 0pp roach and 0pp faires.

Almost everything works except roaches.

If going second you want priestess. Against every class except haven you want to keep sylvan. Keep 1 copy of either fairy circle or water fairy.

I mulligan everything that isn't a 1 drop or good in the match up like ancient elf vs aggro. I keep elven princess mage if I'm going second because evolving it on curve is so good. if I have a turn 1 play I normally keep selwyn's command or goblin mage.

premade deck has every control blood card in it for 500 crystals. you get 600 for like $5 or some shit on steam. second time you buy the same pack is 750 crystals. buy 2 of the premade deck and you ahve pretty much the entire blood collection.

Is Lord Atomy worth considering a copy in Aggro Shadow if I play tons of ghosts and 1 drops? I could very realistically get him out on turn 3.

The thing is that you need 2, and sometimes you need to sacrifice it before the combo arrives in turn 6-8. It's situational though.

I used to mulligan this, but it's so central to the combo and if you're getting fucked with a bad hand you can use it as a draw so now I keep it.

I've never run Lionel. He was talked about a lot before RoB released but now most people don't take him. I'd also get rid of the Lance and replace it with some Snipes.

I can see keeping nature's guidance against a class that's most likely control like haven but keeping a card that you'd rather not use until like turn 7 against a fast deck seems suicidal to me.

cycling it is the same thing as tossing it in mulligan except tossing it doesn't cost mana, gets you your card faster and doesn't cost you tempo. if you have to cycle it was a bad keep.

You must have missed the 30-40% win ratios against literally every other control/combo deck in the game.

Even vs Daria and Aggro Blood it still easy to lose if you don't get a turn 3 dire bond.
