It literally has "FAT" in its vin, fucking lol

Can't you just order one directly from Ford and not have to put up with this bullshit?

>1FATP8

If only that were a V and not a P

Car industry lobbyists make it illegal in most if not every state to purchase vehicles direct from the manufacturer IIRC unless you're a company.

Car dealers were a mistake.

I don't think they intend to sell that car. It's probably just to show off that they have one, possibly before the real owner shows up to take it or something.

All dealers can only get cars based on allocation, and for low volume cars like the GT350 you can't get them unless you've already hit some kind of special number of regular Mustangs and other cars sold. They only want to hand out those kinds of halo cars to locations where they're going to get a lot of attention from folks who might aspire to own one one day, not bum-fuck nowhere.

>he actually thinks that's the real price and not just something they throw up as a "look we got a GT350" dickwaving/"fuck off poorfags dont even ask how much it cost" move

gee sure is 13 years old in here

>$60k car
>Fuck off poorfags.

It's a $350k car, remember?

>a fucking mustang when you could basically have an aventador

no one is gonna buy that

MUH PEDIGREE, MUCH HERITAGE, MUH MURIKKEN

If a corporation is legally a person, can I become legally a company?

how do you get rear ended by a telephone pole

If you aren't a retard you always get lower than retail price at a dealer.

Depends, do you have billions of dollars to pay your Government representative?

If you want to pay business taxes and get audited by the IRS every year just so you can buy a car for retail price go right ahead.

i'm getting what i want, like always

wrong, its 349,999 markup. no muststink is worth more than a penny. POS car

ausfag here what am i looking at ?

The Ford Mustang Shelby GT350R. It's the current highest performance version of the Mustang. Engine is a 5.2L DOHC V8 with a flat plane crankshaft and an 8,250 RPM redline.

Price-wise, they're supposed to start at $62,350 without options. This dealership is literally charging a $250,000 fee because they have one. It's whats known as a dealer markup. That markup is kept by the dealer. It doesn't go to the car company. They commonly do this on highly desirable cars (though usually not to this extent) to make a buck off some rich asshole who wants one *NOW* and won't wait.

TL;DR: dealership being greedy twats and overcharging (by more than 4 times the price of the car) because they can.

You put the car in reverse and floor it

>that huge fake vent

...

>This dealership is literally charging a $250,000 fee because they have one
We're doing the same thing here and people are flipping out over the last Holden Commodores price hike by a MASSIVE +3000aud

AHHAHA

What facken wankas m8

Well, it says pee-eight.

Make yourself an LLC.

ITT: Socialist pigs

>someone was dumb enough to put that price up

I called these fuckers and give them a piece of my mind desu

How much is the cheapest Mustang?
How much is the 5.2 flat-plane V8?
How much is an assortment of suspension, braking, exterior, and interior mods?

If you were handy with a wrench, you could probably make something better for much less. (Even without the markup because $60k for a mustang is a little steep)

>buy used base-model V6 Mustang
>Strip it down to the frame
>Install badass parts
>Enjoy badass car
>Enjoy base model v6 insurance costs

If a car is a mass of parts bolted to a frame, who cares which one you get if you plan to upgrade every part on said frame?

Honda kids have been doing this for decades: Buy cheapest civic you can and install the engine, brakes, suspension, interior, and exterior mods you want. Most times you get something better than their flag-ship version, for the same price or less.

Someone will pay it.

The original GT350R actually has a competition history and was directly designed by Carrol Shelby himself. That's why it costs so much.

The current GT350R is just an attempt by Ford at showing they can finally catch up with low-level German sports cars like the AMG C63 S and the M4 GTS.
