i never played 3.5e/PF. i started with 4e and i still have a soft spot for it

if i have to learn a "new" system i'd rather go with the latest and greatest. from what i've read, 5e takes a lot of good elements from both predecessors

in 4e parlance i was thinking of doing a bank heist where casing/stealth is a skill challenge. partial success would lead to a reduced combat force. going loud would be a more standard combat encounter. in both cases i'd have a billiom hidden rolls for the broke dick piece of shit drill

Access to grenades, which, by extension, means more use out of Fully Loaded Ace.
