That's not necessarily true but yeah a lot of cabs are outdated. Hell arcade version of Skullgirls doesn't have 3d background because the cab might as well be the equivalent of a 2007 laptop. The thing with Heroes is it looks extra dated because it runs on the same engine as Budokai 3
