Most everyone that sells printed vinyl except notori/WAT gets it from a third party. Vinyl cutter printers will learn you at LEAST 5k.

There aren't any. Slaps range in height from 2-3" and 8-9.25" in width. Die-cuts and digi-cuts are completely up to the designer.

If it's outdoor rated vinyl, there's no need. Printed vinyl requires laminate. Not terribly familiar with the methods myself.

>Printable vinyl
I don't print myself, but the Oracal is the standard. I've seen a few others used, but I haven't looked into them.

Varies depending on the set-up. Solvent, eco-solvent, or latex printers are used.

Heads up, shits more expensive than you think and I wouldn't recommend it unless you plan on starting a brick and mortar business.

Oracal for base colors. Specialty stuff varies.
