2k steal stat does wonders on a crit but with no pen behind it that meta is going to survive to initial hit. After that it is up for meiran to do the followup hit before meta move.

It does because recieve bass is not triggered and Lucid has 0% self critdmg making her the worst striker.

Except that nera won't fail to crit, and she still OHKO a lot of +160 battalion metas.

It's still ~1000 damage and a lot of metas these days are under 1000hp since they no logner use silk ace or a lot of other hp aces.

She is more similar to sky as as CM than Nera. Renee has a bit of DR, a self speed and reflex buff, and crit rate (but no attack buff).

Most colors have an assist who has decent traits for CM. It isn't exclusively a WW gimmick but Nera just has the right mix of support line + favored position to pull it off easier.

It's pretty interesting to go back in time and look at teams back then, a team like this wouldn't fly now
