The green succbus said to Luka welcome to Desire, Seduction World. So I am guessing this world may have to do something with Minagi

there is no 'main artist' dude
xelvy did a fair amount, but the proportion of abominations decreased. There's alot of new artists as well. Delphinus did alot less than usual (like 2 monsters or something). Honestly dude if you were able to handle part 3, this is, at most, at the same level. Now i'm not saying there aren't abominations- there definitely are - but it isn't particularly game breaking if you're the kind of person who likes MGQ.
Possibly because Canon Luka did not lose to them but this world could be Minagi's ability, there is no details though but it could either be a dream world or Minagi is just that strong to bring the physical body to this world of desires
