I think Ram's is perfectly. She sounds sufficiently bratty for sure. Probably my second favorite english voice after Neptune.

Ram, Neptune, Nepgear's English voice fits, all the others are fine, while Vert is the best one they made, the voice is far more fitting while matching her appearance perfectly, not even a Vertfag
