Better to fly the Me262a2a, get down tiered into a tier 4 match, and listen to the autististic screeching of griffon spits bitching about jets. Then pray that your guns won't spark (they always spark).

As for the 109's, the k4 is best at climbing but you need to suffer through using the spark gun before you can unlock the more reliable mg151. She's also more of a brick than the G series 109s.

G10 has a bit more performance than the g14 at low altitude. G14 wins at higher altitudes.

G6 is the worst of them. It's got those blisters that fuck up its aerodynamics. Notably it can carry rockets so it has use for completing challenges that force you to use kill things with rockets. It also has the lowest br, so you might arguably be better off than the superior 109s compared to the opposition faced in a maximum downtier.

None of the tier 4 109s are worth a damn until you grind the engine upgrades. All of them are easy pickings for the griffon spits.

What would win? 10 J7W1s or 10 Mk. 24 Spits?

Its supported natively then. Just plug and go. I use DS4 which is a little more of a workaround but one setup it was decent enough.

Yeah but I mean how well do planes feel and control with a console controller in sim mode. It obviously can't be the same as a real joystick but I imagine it's got to be much better than mousejoy

Pretty much similar to a joystick, set your inputs to non-linear and its a non-issue. Having a 360 degree view stick is much handier over the 8 way hat I was using before.

Takes a few games to get used to obviously, and fine tune things to your liking but once you get them where you like them its good. Obviously a full HOTAS setup with pedals would "feel" much more like flying the plane, but the controller is functional enough.

Plenty of PS4 users play SB without issue.
