we're in the memepush deathball meta, so I think the midas into aghs build is kinda dead right now. I've seen a lot of early force staves and dagons on nyx nowadays, but you should always search for a high mmr replay of the hero u want to play before playing it.

While you are right about trilanes being super constant in 4k (Right now im 4.2k MMR wanting to reach 5k) and him not being able to jungle is certainly bad bounty runes exist in both sides and I can just sneak and get both and perpaphs rotate to apply some pressure on the enemy mid.

I usually pms > mana boots > if doing good blink and if not aether > aghs > once I get the level 20 extra gold I focus on either getting dagon or octarine for maximum mana burning.

His spells used to be really strong, and then they got nerfed into oblivion. It's to the point where none of his spells are individually powerful, they all require some sort of teammate followup to be really useful.

The thing about that is that you can pick heros that don't have the problem, or have better set up for teammates. Also the hero is slow as shit and has mana problems to boot.

Solo queue got removed though.

There literally used to be checkbox for a solo queue where everyone in the match would be a solo player and they silently removed it.

The major patch that just hit turned the UI into garbage and turned the game into a hero brawler

The UI is (very) slowly being fixed and the gameplay balance issues are temporary. That being said the current state of the game is strictly worse than before 7.00. However, If you live in Western Europe or North America a minor patch that was implemented yesterday brought the greatest change that the game has ever had. If you live in either of these places I would strongly suggest playing the game because the largest issue the game had is now gone.
