But I never played him before, ever, I went 1-5 on Quick Play just now and got yelled at by teammates, I got maybe 1 elimination per minute and 33% hook accuracy.

How about 175? There are so many attacks in this game that do 120 damage, and with Mercy boost they become 156. Junkrat mine is probably the cheesiest one

Repair on the move and switching out of turret faster would be good changes for him. Doesn't change anything to do with turret but if he is forced out of it it isn't a death sentence due to being stuck in the anim.
