I've built lots of stats in the form of skadi and Dragonlance and satanic but that's literally no damage. If you build damage items he just dies because no hp. So he's a bad luna.

Which items are bears items and which ones are the heroes items?

Bear items are on the second row and druid items are on the first.

Just follow the guides but you max in this order:
q->w->e->r
and for talents it depends. If you are building druid then it is left-right-left-left, but if you are building the bear then it is right-right-right-right.

Why are you building the bear in the offlane and jungle but not safelane?

WHY AREN'T YOU FAGS PLAYING OFFLANE QOP IT'S LITERALLY FREE MMR

There are a number of reasons:
1) a lot of times in the offlane you do not have the luxury of being able to build the druid without putting yourself at risk of being super squishy, so doing the standard rad build is optimal.
2) If you die once and you know might die again it is ALWAYS better to just go jungle than to risk feeding the enemy safelane carry. Because you are now committed to farming you are allowed to be super greedy and build the radiance.
3) Being in the safelane the main goal is to get things done quickly while having a good gpm. Building radiance is not going to give you that option because it consumes a lot of time and right now maelstrom is absolutely bullshit right now so you need to get in the fray as soon as you can and shit on squishy heroes with your 2 million ward range thanks to lance and your first talent.

Does anybody in /d2g/ actually think dota is a good game? Or do they all accept that it's a horrible mess that was never "designed" and instead just "happened".

dragon lance has the best item slot to stat ratio for meepo, meepo clones only get stats so you need to load your inventory with stat items, can't build damage like you can on other agi carries.
