Sakura hate is pretty much contained to shitposters on Veeky Forums, she's one of the most popular characters in the entire Typemoon cast. Kohaku is pretty popular herself too, she was in the top 20 in the last poll IIRC. HF is also rated the best route by Japan, it's again another victim of rabid shitposting.

As for Kohaku and her route on Veeky Forums it's generally split between people who utterly hate the maids and their routes and those who don't, like everything really.

Funny thing is I like the UBW route, but I'm really indifferent about Rin in general. Saber isn't bad, but the Fate route is complete shit. And the HF route is definitely more impactful than the others, but it's another matter of just not caring about Sakura in general. At the end of the day, the heroines are the worst part of all the routes.
