Resto/Ele/Enh are all viable BM/Surv are viable Aff/Destro are viable Disc/Holy/Shadow are all viable Arms/Prot is viable Ret/Holy is viable, Prot might be too but I haven't seen it all that much Arcane/Frost is viable Resto/Feral is viable DKs, DHs, and Monks are the only classes I can think of with just the one spec that works in pvp.
